Artists Collaborate

While doing our sculpture projects, I had the opinion of another student in a different class to help me with coming up ideas or to see if it looked good. The feedback she gave me was that she liked the progress I was making with both sculpture projects. She really liked the final result. By getting another student to give me an opinion, it made me a better artist because they gave me critique by saying what they liked and don't like.

Something that inspired me for our second sculpture project was the fact that I'm a bowler. I had a few old bowling balls left over that I wasn't using and saw on Pinterest that you could glue marbles to the ball and get a really cool garden sculpture. Someone that helped me understand important information about doing this project was the person who owned the pro-shop at the bowling alley. He had done something like this with his kids over the summer and told what I needed to do in order to have a successful turnout.
